Hi, I’m Fiona — internationally recognised anxiety specialist, award-winning therapist, and the creator of the Anxiety Freedom Method.
I’ve spent over 20 years helping high-achieving women break free from anxiety, panic attacks, and self-sabotage.
Now 40 , my work is grounded in two things: deep research and real-life results.
