Feeling stressed can become a normal feeling and we forget what it feels like to be grounded, calm and in control. This session is about releasing the need for stress, ways to cope with being overwhelmed and learning how to be able to reset our minds to get clarity and focus.
I will use visualisations and metaphors to create a very relaxing experience to release tension and stress triggers. I will also include lots of suggestion to build inner strength and confidence to deal with future challenges. Finally, I will teach breathing techniques so you are able to access your very own built in stress buster.
Guided meditation is a similar state to hypnosis where we can make changes on a deep unconscious level. The process of meditating and taking time out is extremely important to managing inner well being and mental health.
