Mind Detox Retreats
Mind Detox week retreats are run throughout the year and focus on clearing the mind from mental clutter, building confidence and reducing anxiety. Each activity throughout the week is designed to relax the mind and body so shifts can be made on a deeper level.
What To Expect
Daily workshops and meditation sessions with Fiona will allow you to detox your mind and conquer the stresses of everyday life.
You will work on limiting beliefs, building blocks of self-acceptance and confidence, as well as working in groups to learn new innovative change techniques.
Enjoy a sound-healing gong bath hosted by Tallulah Rendall. Tallulah combines her voice with Gongs, allowing you to fully relax and nurture your body, mind and spirit on a deep level.
You will also take part in a cacao ceremony - a chance to switch off and focus on yourself and who you want to be. Cacao allows you to release emotional blockages, and find peace and clarity.
A full menu of delicious vegan food is provided each day by Mellissa Laycy, a Nutrition Health Coach.
Mellissa is passionate about the positive impacts on your health that can be reached by eating the right food.
You can expect a variety of mouth-watering dishes, that will also make you feel good.
The retreats are held at Fair Oak Farm, which is just one hour away from London. Nestled among the beautiful Kent countryside, there is an array of farmhouses, converted barns and eco-lodge tree houses, to enjoy a restful night's sleep.
