For years, I looked fine on the outside.
But inside, I was always bracing — holding everything together with invisible thread. No matter how much I achieved, how much I knew, or how hard I tried to fix it… the fear always found a way back in.
I tried everything: therapy, CBT, journaling, EMDR, hypnotherapy, meditation, even medication.
Some of it helped — but none of it changed the pattern.
It wasn’t until I began working with the subconscious mind — and deeply understanding the science behind emotional patterns and fear — that things truly shifted.
